Shipping policy
Chromaticity Cosmetics processes orders within 3–5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Once your order has been processed and scanned by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Chromaticity Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order is in transit. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped for an additional shipping fee or refunded for the product only, excluding shipping costs.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required upon delivery. Chromaticity Cosmetics is not responsible for delays, refusals, or packages lost during international transit.
