Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of handmade cosmetic products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact chromaticitycosmetics@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Emails must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage for verification.
If the damage is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued at the discretion of Chromaticity Cosmetics. If the item is determined not to be damaged, a replacement or refund will not be provided.
Damage includes issues such as cracks, discoloration upon arrival, or damage to the tube or wand. Air bubbles or product displacement inside the tube are normal and not considered damage, as this can occur during shipping.
Shipping Policy
Chromaticity Cosmetics has a processing window of 3–5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and a shipping confirmation once your order has been scanned by the carrier. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. Chromaticity Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or carrier-damaged packages once they are in transit. For these issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped for an additional shipping fee or refunded for the product only, excluding shipping costs.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued for refused deliveries or packages lost in international transit. International shipping times may vary and can take several weeks.
Product Information
All products are handmade in small batches. Due to this, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur and are normal.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description and ingredient list prior to purchase. Chromaticity Cosmetics is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please discontinue use if irritation occurs.
